Discipleship Approaches

There are two discipleship approaches we endorse. These are not programs. Some might call them models or ministry philosophies. Whatever term is used, the goal is the same: to help your church become intentional in making disciples. See if your church could benefit from these two models.

L.I.F.E. Vision

We Build People

We Build People is a values-driven intentional discipleship model for the total church. We Build People helps pastors, leadership teams, and local congregations respond to Christ's command to "make disciples." It offers a people-building process that reaches, disciples, equips, and mobilizes believers. It lays out a practical four-step program for building people. Learn more.

  1. Base 1: Include Them. - Every person has the right to a presentation of the gospel at his level of understanding.
  2. Base 2: Instruct Them - Every person needs a biblical moral compass to guide and protect him throughout life.
  3. Base 3: Involve Them - Every believer has unique gifts to be developed and used to strengthen the church.
  4. Base 4: Invest Them - Every believer has a purpose in advancing the global mission of the church of Jesus Christ.
