The small group ministry of Christ Church is designed to help people connect with people, God, and ministry. Our model is built around four foundational practices that drive authentic relationships:

• Eat Together – Relationship building around food inside and outside group meetings
• Learn Together – Meaningful discussion around biblical relational curriculum
• Pray Together – Quality time praying for the needs of one another
• Help Together – Caring for each other, sharing group meeting responsibilities, and serving together on a service project

Christ Church has successfully connected 75 percent of our adult weekend attendance into on-campus and off-campus small groups. Our strategy includes creative methods for recruiting small group leaders, a coaching structure, a clear leader orientation process, and successful childcare options. We utilize a curriculum and DVD companion strategy in each of our groups aligned with our pastor’s weekend messages. Christ Church also offers small group training seminars for pastors and leaders as well as curriculum and training resources.
