If you’re a pastor or lay leader tasked with improving discipleship in your church, we recommend you first read Growing True Disciples by George Barna and Breakout Churches by Thom Rainer.

We’re interested in starting small groups. Where do we start?

There are a lot of different small group models out there, and one size does not fit all. Each church has a unique context, its leaders bring individual gifts, its community has specific needs, and the Lord has a clear vision that fits them best.

There are many excellent articles on small groups available on this site to help pastors and church leaders learn more about starting small groups.
