We want to invite you or your designated representative to the 2011 Discipleship Summit in Branson, Missouri. This event will focus on the important issues involved in spiritual formation and discipleship. At this event we will unveil some exciting new resources and initiatives created specifically for your districts and churches. We will also discuss issues that are pertinent to your ministry and will seek active discussion concerning future initiatives important to the discipleship ministry of the church. Our primary purpose for this summit is to bring leaders like you together and create a synergy that will help us be more effective in fulfillment of the Great Commission. You are absolutely indispensable to any successful outcome!

The summit will begin Tuesday evening, February 1 with our annual BGMC banquet and will continue through Thursday evening with our Acts 2 Church Revitalization Consultant training. Please register now and join us for this important event!

Housing

Each attendee of the Discipleship Summit should make their own housing arrangements. We strongly recommend staying at the conference site, The Chateau on the Lake. Reservations can be made at the special conference rate of $96 per night.

Booking housing arrangements at the Chateau DOES NOT register you for the Discipleship Summit. Registration for the summit must be done through the Online Registration link above.

Directions to the Chateau on the Lake

From Branson Airport to Chateau:

Head south on Blue Ridge Drive (1.9 mi). Turn left to stay on Blue Ridge Dr (0.1 mi). Turn left at Rd 65-190/Fruit Farm Rd and follow for 1.1 miles. Turn right on US-65 N (2.0 mi). Turn left at MO-265 N (0.7 mi). Take the 2nd right to stay on MO-265 N (2.5 mi). Turn left at MO-165 N/MO-265 N. Turn left at MO-265 N (0.2 mi).

From the Springfield/Branson Regional Airport:

Drive south on Airport Blvd to Highway 266. Turn Left onto Highway 266. Go about 1 mile to I-44. Continue on I-44 E to US-65. Bear right on ramp at exit 82A to US-65 S. Continue on US-65 S for 37 miles. Bear right on ramp at exit 465 W, Ozark Mountain Highroad. Turn right and continue on highway 465 for 7 miles. Exit Highway 76 (last exit 465 ends). Turn left at light, highway 76 west and continue for 0.5 miles. Turn left at next light onto highway 265 east. Follow 265 east for about 5 miles, hotel located on right side of Highway.

Using GPS

Enter "N: 36 Degrees 36.60716 W: 93 Degrees 18.30811" into your Global Positioning System. This will lead you to the front driveway.
